At Xpert Digital we pride ourselves on our service levels from the moment you call into your designated Service Co-Ordinator, all the way through to the planning and communication of your request where you are kept informed all the way through.   Our highly trained engineers are both courteous and knowledgeable, always looking to resolve and prevent any potential stressful situations. With a UK average response time of under 4hrs and a 93% 1st time fix ratio, you can rest assured that your new investment is in safe hands.


Our fully comprehensive service cover includes:

Guaranteed Service Response Time

  •  Our target response time is guaranteed to respond to your request for Service within 4hrs, which is recorded at our Service Centre during our working hours 9 am to 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday. Konica Minolta 5 Star Service Accreditation.
    •  Within 4hrs average for new colour printers, copiers and for new monochrome digital printers and copiers that produce 35 or more prints per minute as per our ‘After Sales Service Pledge’ Commitment


  • If we fail to meet our guarantees, we will pay you compensation of £50.00 or one month’s copy volume, whichever is the lesser, for each occasion unless the circumstances that caused the failure were outside our control or you have failed to pay our invoices.

Quarterly Preventative Maintenance

  • Review of equipment, print volumes, call-outs and response times where we aim to prevent machine malfunction as opposed to reacting to it. 

Trained Engineers

  • Our Engineers are trained by our Award Winning Service Division and by the manufacturers, who are our strategic partners
    • Full Technical Support By XPERTS in the relevant field
    • Full Detailed Reports on individual machine’s service history, showing machines performance from installation
    • Allocated Territory Engineers that are trained to the highest standards by the manufacturers, who will build a rapport with your staff and learn your document processes
    • eMaintenance remote diagnostics software and web-based fault reporting provide you with round the clock support.


  • We will train your members of staff free of charge for up to one hour and for up to 3 visits as part of our 3 Point training Programme (within the first 3 months of installation). Any extra training given thereafter, if requested by you, will be chargeable at our standard rate.

Three Year Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If the equipment purchased or leased from us can be reasonably deemed, within 3 years of installation, not to be performing the function for which it was intended, we will replace it with an identical or similar model.

Using one solution is easier for you than sending cartridges in different directions.”

This service is offered at the low cost of £50.00 + VAT (sorry guys, it’s the high logistical charges I’m afraid)
To receive your toner recycling box, follow the 4 simple steps below:

  1. Call us or email  and request a toner recycling box
  2. We will then organise for a box to be sent directly to your business address
  3. When the box is full (each box holds up to 20 toners) contact us and we will organise for a courier to collect the box
  4. If you would like to request another box then us know and we will organise for another box to be sent
